Kaiser Permanente is committed to providing high-quality, affordable health care services to all the communities we serve. Consider the following options:
Medicaid is a state-run health coverage program financed with federal funds that enrolls people who, among other populations, have low incomes and limited resources. If you are already on Medicaid or qualify for Medicaid under your state's program, you may be eligible for Medicaid with Kaiser Permanente.
For more information and to see if Kaiser Permanente participates in Medicaid in your area, please visit kp.org/medicaid.
Kaiser Permanente’s Charitable Health Coverage is open to low-income individuals and families who have no access to public or private health coverage.
Kaiser Permanente’s CHC programs include enrollment in a Kaiser Permanente Individual and Families plan as well as a subsidy and financial assistance from Kaiser Permanente to help pay your health plan premium and out-of-pocket costs.
